Teddington School joined the Bourne Education Trust on 1st December 2019. We are the Teddington Local Governing Committee (LGC), a committee of the Board of the Bourne Education Trust (BET). Our committee is made up of volunteers from the school's parents and wider community.

The core functions of the Local Governing Committee are: |

To ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction. |
To hold executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the performance management of staff. |
To oversee the financial performance of the organisation and make sure its money is well spent. |
Committee Meetings
Our LGC meets once every half term and where relevant, calls meetings of sub-committees or working groups to focus on specific aspects of its work.
The Teddington LGC meeting dates for 2022-23 are as follows:

LGC3: 24th January
LGC4: 21st March
LGC5: 23rd May
LGC6: 4th July
