Headteacher Paul Grills commented:
“Our students have truly embodied the core values of Teddington School, showing remarkable perseverance throughout the challenges of their examinations and demonstrating a commitment to their learning. Given that this year group began secondary school during a pandemic, we are immensely proud of their exceptional academic accomplishments.
We are grateful for the unwavering support of our families, staff, and governors, whose encouragement has played a vital role in our students’ success. We now look forward to welcoming record numbers into out oversubscribed Sixth Form.”

At a subject level, the performance of our core departments was particularly impressive. The English department secured 87% of grades at 4 and above, with 40% achieving grades 7–9. The Maths department also performed strongly, with 84% of students attaining grades 4 and above, and 41% awarded grades 7–9.

Within the Arts, 90% of students achieved grade 4 and above in Art and Design, 93% in Textiles, 88% in Photography, and 87% in Drama.
Several departments also saw excellent outcomes at the highest grade levels, including Spanish with 100% of students achieving grades 7–9, French 65%, Music 62%, Physics 59%, Chemistry 56%, and Computer Science with 54%."
